Return or exchange due to the following reasons will be carried out by us prior to international shipping, without any extra cost to customers:
- Item received to be defective upon arrival
- Wrong item received
We will photograph the said item and inform you of such return or exchange by email.
There are situations when customers wish to exchange or return items which they will have to bear the cost of domestic postage to and from seller:
- Change of mind after order has been placed
- Cancellation after order has been placed
These types of exchange or return is only possible when seller agrees to it and prior to international shipping.
In the case of product becomes defective within the warranty period, we can help you to return the item back to the seller for exchange. Please contact us prior to sending of the item. We will contact the seller to apply for the exchange / return. SpreeNowShop will provide the exchange service free of charge, including the domestic postage to and from the seller, while you will be responsible for the international shipping to and fro.
Please note that if seller do not have a return or exchange policy after sales, SpreeNowShop will still try to apply for it but if seller refuses, then we are out of luck. If you have concern about warranty service of any particular product, please let us know when you place order, so that we can find out more details for you before we make the purchase.
In the unlikely event that you have received the wrong item due to our error, we will issue refund up to 50% of that item's value. Please contact us with detailed photographs of the item when applying for refund claim.
